11 June: Shortlisted applicants will be notified via email
20 June: Deadline for submission of audio recording (for shortlisted applicants)
25 June: Finalists will be notified via email
3 July: Rehearsal and Briefing for finalists
11 July: Finalists will present their speeches live at The Japanese Association (The contest will be aired to the public via zoom)
