  • Policy Waiver

    Please take a moment to read and sign the following;

  • Cancelation + Late Policy:

    Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of my appointment will result in a fee of 50% of total services booked. 'NO SHOWS' will be charged 100% of their total services booked. If I am running 5-10 minutes late, I will need to contact Jasmine and the service may need to be slightly adjusted. If I am more than 15 minutes late I will still be required to pay for the full service but part of my service may be forfeited due to timing. If I am over 25 minutes late my appointment will be considered a no show and I will be charged 100% of the service.

  • Service Adjustment + Product Return

    I have 7 days to let Jasmine know if I need any adjustments made to my hair. I understand that she is committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. A very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment. I will reach out with my concerns within 10 days or as soon as possible after using the product​.

  • Minors and Children:

    Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. I understand, for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 8 will accompany me while I receive a service. ​A child or minor receiving a service must have consent from a parent and a parent, or accompanying adult, must stay for the full time of the appointment.

  • Pricing and Payment:

    I understand that prices listed in the Service Menu are starting prices. The price of my service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) I receive, as well as the length and density of my hair. Any pricing adjustments will be addressed by Jasmine during my consultation. My payment for salon services is to be paid at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Salon Gift Certificates, cash, and Venmo.

  • Salon Etiquette:

    Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Jasmine has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

  • Once you click submit, you will be redirected to the JKHCo. web app, where you will go to book all appointments.
    If the redirect does not work, check your email for the booking link.

    All new guests will choose one of the New Guest Revive Sessions.
    These Revive Sessions include everything you need to make your curls look and fee the best they ever have.
    NO color services will be booked on the first appointment, but after your first appointment, you will be able book color and a la carte services.
