LOANERS:

These are vehicles reserved specifically for recently sold customers only that require additional services as a result of the sale.  The expense of these loaners are paid by the sales departments.

RENTALS:

We stock a rental fleet to have available for our service customers throughout all of our locations and to the public that wants an easier and more affordable rental experience.  These are not free and will be charged to either the customer or the warranty or insurance company, but may be subjected to reimbursement terms.

You acknowledge that in choosing to rent a vehicle before your vehicle is diagnosed and work approved, you are responsible for any rental charges/fees that are not covered by a warranty; including differences in daily rates and days that are not covered by a warranty beyond the vehicle's completion repair date.

You are also authorizing Universal Auto Group to charge your credit card once you have received your rental agreement and have signed it in person or electronically.

CHARGES THAT APPLY TO THE RENTAL DISCLOSURES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE CHARGED AFTER THE RENTAL IS CLOSED
