PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE PROCEEDING:

Please note that the animal you are requesting to foster may or may not be the correct fit for your family.

JCHS will discuss and meet your family and all pets in your home PRIOR to placing an animal under your care.

JCHS asks that once an animal is placed in your care as a foster, you commit to fostering this animal until we can find it a permenant and loving home!

JCHS asks that frequent pictures and videos, along with updates on personalities be given so we can better market the foster.

JCHS holds adoption events each Saturday and sometimes on Sunday to get our foster seen out in the public.

These events are typically at LEAST an hours drive and we ask that fosters make all attempts to have foster at our events. It is NOT mandatory, but it will make the adoption of your foster harder if they are unable to attend.

JCHS provides crates, food and all medical attention that is needed for our fosters.

I understand the Jasper County Humane Society has the right to refuse any foster for any reason.

I understand the Jasper County Humane Society has the right to visit my foster, at any time and verify their living conditions and health.

I understand, agree, and accept that if the Jasper County Humane Society for any reason finds the placement of this animal not acceptable, they will reclaim the animal.

I release the Jasper County Humane Society and their agents of any liability relative to this foster.

Important

This animal may not be transferred to a new owner for any reason without prior approval from the Jasper County Humane Society.
