I cannot guarantee that you will be offered your preferred day/s, but I'll do my best to accommodate requests. I usually start at 10:30am and finish around 6pm.

Consult?

If you’d like to chat about your ideas in person, we can arrange a day for you to pop into the studio for a chat. My consult times are 10am Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat. Let me know which day would be best for you.

Do you have a budget or would you like a quote?

The shop minimum is $200. Quotes are estimates and I’ll do my best to stick within the range I provide.

Do you have any access or sensory needs?

I want to provide a safe space for you so please let me know how I can accomodate you and I will do my best. Please know you can bring whatever comfort items you might need. There is no pressure to be a certain way. If you want to put headphones in and zone out, prefer to have a chat or a bit of both, I’m easy. I also offer appointments on Mondays (possibly other times) when the studio is very quiet. Let me know if you are interested in that option.

Are you a First Nation’s person?

If yes, I would like to extend a discount to you in line with paying the rent.

I'll get back to you as soon as I can via email. Please allow a few days. We'll arrange a time and date, discuss any queries and go from there.

Please note that to secure your appointment a deposit must be made ASAP (or let me know when you're able to). Deposits are usually $150 via bank transfer and this comes off the total cost on the day.

If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so or don't show up, your deposit will be forfeited (depending on circumstances of course).

I don’t usually show designs until the day of and any small changes can be made then. If you’re not in love with the design, we can reschedule but I require a redraw fee. If you would like to see your design prior to your appointment that’s totally understandable and I’m happy to do so. I just charge a drawing fee of $50.

I use vegan products. Feel free to ask me about what I use and please let me know if you have any allergies.

Just Upstairs Studio is located on Level 1/388 Logan Rd, Stones Corner QLD 4120. You enter in between Buenisimo cafe and Laptop Xperts, see a sign on your left and follow the stairs to the top. Please ring the doorbell on arrival. Street parking is limited to 2 hours and secure parking is available across the road at Aldi or behind the studio on Stoneham Street.
