Re-sand/Repair Hardwood Flooring (If your flooring is damaged, deeply scratched or discolored, or if you want to change the color of your flooring in some way you will likely need a re-sand.)
Buff-n-Coat Hardwood Flooring (If you are happy with the look of your floor but would like to get rid of the scratches, improve or change the sheen, and add another layer of protection to avoid costly re-sanding, a Buff-n-Coat would be a great idea.)
