Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee to secure session time. The remaining amount of package, as deteremined by photographer, is due on the day of the session. All payments are e-transferred to jdeliaphotography@gmail.com with "boudoir" password.
Cancellation

Sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled with 72 hours notice. With this notice, the retainer fee will be moved to a new agreed upon reschedule date within 4 weeks of the original date. If the client fails to show or cancels within 72 hours or less calendar days the retainer fee will be forfeited.
Model Release

Client grants J. Delia Photography the right to use and publish images for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or publication to promote the photography business based on the type of release. Client is not permitted to use images for profit, professional display, or competitions.

Please note that a full model release gives the photographer the most flexibilty with advertising and allows potential clients to see the true beauty of boudoir with intimate, raw and tasteful images. However, the photographer understands that not all clients will be comfortable with pubicly sharing boudoir images of themselves. In this case, the client can choose a partial model release allowing photographer to use, for example, creative crops, detail shots, close ups, and backside without sharing identity ie. showing face.

Styling

Client maintains full responsibility for outfit. Photographer will determine number of outfits based on package and recommend suitable pieces for session. The most important thing for clients to remember is to pick pieces they truly feel comfortable in. Client has the final say on wardrobe. No reshoots available.

Scheduling

Client agrees to arrive to the home studio 10 minutes prior to session time. Please note that in the event of boudoir mini marathons, sessions are scheduled every hour so being on time is important. Clients who arrive late will forfeit time from their session without compensation.
Preparation

Client agrees to complete hair and make-up before arriving at the home studio, unless client has added on these services to their package. Client is encouraged to wear loose clothing and no socks prior to session and upon arrival so that there are no marks on body. Client can change into first outfit after make up application.
Other Tips
- Cut tags out of lingerie (carefully) before session
- No chipped nail polish
- Find outfits that fit you comfortably around waist and bust
- Exfloliate and lotion body
- Be careful with spray tans if you've never had one before
- Bring 3-5 favourite poses to your session
- Come to studio with fresh face for make up application
Prints and Products

Prints and products are high quality items produced from a professional lab. Clients who add-on prints and/or products (calendar, photobook, etc.) will be consulted on desired images for design but photographer will apply their own artisitic vision. Most products take 3 weeks for delivery, unless guaranteed day outlined by photographer beforehand, so plan ahead. Photographer is not responsible for "late" delivery of prints and/or products.
