2025 Young Agent of the Year Nomination Form

Each year, the Young Agent of the Year Award celebrates a rising leader who demonstrates excellence, innovation, and commitment to the independent agency system. We invite nominations from those who know these leaders best including state association staff, national directors, committee members, volunteers, and industry professionals.
DEADLINES & DETAILS
- Deadline for submissions is Friday, February 13.
- All nominiations must be submitted through this form.
- There is no limit to the number of nominations a Young Agent may receive. However, each nominator may only submit one nomination form per Young Agent.
- This award recognizes one Young Agent who provided exemplary service to their state association, their community and/or the industry.
- The winner is announced at the annual Big ‘I’ Legislative Conference during the Emerging Leaders Luncheon.
- The winner will be featured in an issue of IA Magazine.
