  • Thank you for your interest in serving on a sub-committee for the Big “I” National Young Agents Committee (YAC)! Please complete the following interest indicator with your information to be considered for a position.

    There are four sub-committees: Agent Relations, GIVE Week, Programming, and Young Agents Leadership Institute (YALI).

    • Agent Relations: Develop engagement opportunities for Young Agents and company partners.
      • Time Lift:
    • Programming: Support with activities like the bi-monthly Young Agents Resource Roundtables, newsletter, and resource development.
    • GIVE Week: Plan and lead the annual event that encourages independent agents to engage in acts of community service each June.
    • YALI: Support with the planning of the Young Agents Leadership Institute each fall.

    Please Note: Completing this form does not guarantee you a spot on a sub-committee. If you are selected to serve on a sub-committee, you will receive email communication before the end of 2025. 

  • Sub-Committee Information

  • By completing this form, you are agreeing to the following terms: 

    • Your term on the sub-committee will run from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
    • If you're selected for a sub-committee, you agree to participate in all sub-committee meetings via online platform. If special circumstances do not allow you to attend, you will communicate with the Sub-Committee Chair and Young Agents Liaison to ensure feedback is provided pre/post meeting. 
      • If you miss three (3) meetings, you will meet with the Young Agents Liaison to discuss your service on the sub-committee. 
    • The Big "I" defines a Young Agent as someone 40 years or younger, or an individual who has less than 5 years experience in the industry. By clicking submit, you agree that you adhere to this definition. 
  • Should be Empty:
