By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1-I understand that participation in the festival is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, weather-related incidents, and other unforeseen circumstances. 2-I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Harriman, its elected officials, employees, volunteers, sponsors, event partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event. 3-I am solely responsible for the operation of my booth, including the safety of my products, equipment, employees, volunteers, and guests. 4-I certify that I have obtained all necessary licenses, permits, inspections, and approvals required by local, state, and federal laws for the products or services I offer. 5-I understand that the City of Harriman is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, supplies, vehicles, or personal property. 6-I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, setup and teardown requirements, fire and safety regulations, health department requirements, and instructions provided by event organizers. 7-I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or display are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the goals of the event. 8-I grant permission to the City of Harriman to use photographs, video recordings, and other media containing my booth, business name, products, employees, or representatives for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation. 9-I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the City of Harriman. Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify the event due to weather, public safety concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control.10-By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Vendor Agreement and Liability Waiver.
