I am opening up the opportunity for seniors to be selected as the JLP Senior Rep Models of 2025!

Being selected for JLP's Senior Rep Team means that you are chosen to be the senior model/representative for Jentry Lynne Photography. As a JLP Senior Model, you will receive the following:

Exclusive group photo shoots
Access to destination shoots
Perks & cash reward for referrals
Your own senior session video
First priority to my calendar to schedule your senior session
Access to team events
Be the face of Jentry Lynne Photography
Your senior portrait experience will include 2-3 hours of shooting, 100+ fully edited images and an online gallery where you can easily download, share and print all of your high resolution files. Being a JLP Senior Rep Team member with the added photo shoots, destination shoots, professional hair & makeup, possible costumes is valued at $1000, but JLP Senior Rep Team members get $400 OFF of this senior experience totalling only $600! Outside of this modeling opportunity, Jentry only offers 1 hour portrait sessions - so this experience includes MUCH more (longer shoot time, more images, more outfits, and fun locations!) for only $200 more than a regular senior session!

Applying to be a JLP Senior Rep Model does not guarantee that you will be selected. If you are chosen as a model, you will be required to pay the $500 fee. Travel costs to get to the photo shoot destinations are NOT included - you are responsible for meeting us at the destination for your shoot.*

A. Model Release

I hereby give to Jentry Lynne Photography by Jentry Nield the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others: a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that she may select; b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

B. Liability

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

C. Copyright

Jentry Lynne Photography by Jentry Nield retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Jentry Lynne Photography by Jentry Nield during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, Instagram, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.

Note from photographer: I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your family, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share them and include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, I ask that you simply add a link back to my Facebook/Instagram page in your comments or tag my business page to the image instead of right-clicking, saving, and sharing the image via your own page. I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, but the time, money, and dedication that I have put into training and equipment to capture these images for you. Please do not steal the images.

PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION AND RIGHTS GRANTED

For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledge as agreed, and by signing this release, I hereby give Jentry Lynne Photography my permission to license the images and to use the images in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and may be cropped, altered, or modified. I agree that I have no rights to the images, and all the rights to the images belong to Jentry Lynne Photography. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Jentry Lynne Photography. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding. Parent warrants and represents that Parent is the legal guardian of Model, and has the full legal capacity to consent to the Shoot and to execute this release OF ALL RIGHTS IN MODEL’S IMAGES.

*All images taken at The Client's session (including group photo shoots) will be copyrighted by Jentry Lynne Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Jentry's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist, Jentry wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.

*You must agree to be photographed only by Jentry Lynne Photography for the duration of your junior and senior year. You may not, under any circumstances, model for another photographer. Of course, team sports photos or other yearbook required images are allowed.

*You are expected to share your photos and experiences regularly on social media platforms and tag Jentry Nield or her photography business. These include but aren’t limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

*You agree to pay the $600 Senior Rep Team fee upon the signing of this agreement. You will receive $50 cash for each BOOKED referral. You will also receive a 10% discount on any upgrade senior session package when you refer 5 or more. They must also book and pay their retainer fee in order for you to get the discount. Remind your referrals that it is critical they mention your name to Jentry during the booking process! This is Jentry's way of knowing you are doing a good job representing her and evaluating the effectiveness of the JLP Senior Rep program.

*A referred senior must mention your name for you to receive the $50 cash. Cash will only be issued when a referred senior’s session is complete and all fees are paid in a timely manner by the referred senior

*Any referred senior will enjoy a 10% discount on their digital image package. This discount cannot be applied to the session fee.
