Application:

All Queens are required to complete the entire application. Additionally, they must submit a high-resolution digital photo of themselves in business attire, without a crown or sash, and with a light-colored background (preferably white). Please refer to the registration costs below.

Note: All fees are per Queen and non-refundable. Registration covers access to all events.
Registration & Fees
Included with Your Registration:
- Hotel accommodations from Tuesday, January 21 to Sunday, January 26, 2025 (two king beds per double room).
- Daily essential meals, including a breakfast buffet, lunch, and session snacks.
- A conference t-shirt.
- A conference bag containing workshop materials, schedule, and additional items.
Registration Costs and Timeline for the 2025 Miss HBCU Queens' Leadership Conference and Competition:
- Early Bird Registration: August 1 to September 30, 2024 - $750
- Regular Registration: October 1 to December 20, 2024 - $850
- Late Registration: December 21, 2024 to January 8, 2025 - $1,000
