About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing content across various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and X (Twitter).
Your role will involve creating and curating different types of content tailored to each platform's unique format:
- YouTube: You'll work with both long-form and short-form video content.
- Instagram and Facebook: Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging posts and creating short-form content like reels.
- TikTok: Your focus here will be on producing short-form video content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
- X (Twitter): You'll be tasked with developing Twitter threads and short-form video content.
Social media manager responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience. This includes planning, scheduling, and curating engaging, relevant and viral content across various social media platforms.
Content Creation and Repurposing: Leading the creation and repurposing of content for all social media platforms to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence. Working closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content that resonates with the target audience. Coordinating with various team members to align content with the overall brand strategy, and adapting content to suit different platforms, audience segments and trends.
Social Media Management – YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, & X:
Responsible for the daily management of social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, engagement through responses to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations. The goal is to drive significant growth and increase engagement across platforms.
Audience Engagement: Building and nurturing a community of followers and engaging with the audience through interactive and meaningful content. This includes responding to comments, addressing queries, and fostering conversations to create a positive and engaging social media presence.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools and providing regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and audience demographics. Using data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborating with other content creators, podcasts, and influencers, to develop and execute joint campaigns or initiatives. Building partnerships with relevant influencers or strategic partners to expand the reach and impact of the coaching business.
Trend and Platform Awareness: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Evaluating new features and technologies that can enhance the social media presence of the coaching business.
Crisis Management: Managing any potential social media crises or negative feedback effectively and promptly, maintaining the brand's reputation and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
