    Cancellation & No Show Policy

    Cancellation:

    A deposit is required to secure your booking, payable in full at the time of reservation. To avoid losing your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your scheduled appointment, regardless of any changes made within the specified timeframe. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Service Redo, Retail Return, and Extension Policy

    Service:

    My main priority is guest satisfaction. If you have any challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 5 days of your appointment and I'm happy to correct the issue for you with no additional charge. Any issues must be corrected within 3 weeks of the original appointment.

    Retail:

    Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I'll happily honor an exchange at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.

    Extensions:

    If you have any challenges with your extensions, please let me know within 5 days of your appointment and I'm happy to correct the issue for you with no additional charge. Any issues must be corrected within 2 weeks of your fitting appointment. 

    All extension sales are final. Hair can not be exchanged, refunded or returned.

    Late Arrival Policy

    In order for me to continue providing the best possible experience for each of my guests, I ask that each guest arrive on time to their appointments. Any guests who arrive 5 - 15 mins late for an appointment may not receive all services requested that day depending on timing. Arriving more than 15 mins late for an appointment may result in a forfeiting of services for the day and being asked to reschedule.

    Covid-19 Policy

    Per Massachusetts state guidelines and the CDC, masks are no longer required. We are still asking that you cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms, and to please come alone to your appointments so we can maintain social distancing. We will not ask or disclose of vaccine status to any guest, and in return we kindly ask you to respect this decision including the privacy of others within the salon. As your service provider, I will be continuing to wear one at this time. If you choose to wear a mask, please wear one that you don't mind potentially getting color on.

    In order to maintain an inviting and welcoming atmosphere we are encouraging refraining from the discussion of covid-19, the vaccine, as well as religion and politics. We are providing a safe space to come take a break from life’s every day craziness so please continue to be mindful of that.

    Hair Policies

    Jess requires a 50% deposit to get your hair ordered. Once your deposit for your hair is made, it is non-refundable. The remainder of the cost of hair will be due at your install appointment. In the event you no longer want to wear or have extensions you are still resposible for the total payment of the cost of the hair. 

    NEVER cut, remove, color, perm or use any other chemicals on your hair extensions other than what is approved by Jess. 

    IBE

    Understand that the service is final once the application is started. In the event that you no longer want to wear or have the extensions you are still responsible for the total payment of services performed.  

    Let Jess know prior to your install if you have any allergies including but not limited to silicone, metal, or contact dermatitis. Jess is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur. 

    You will see some shedding of natural hair during maintence appointments. This is normal and should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions. 

    Jess will give you a proper care and maintence guide for your hair extensions before the end of your installation appointment. You are responsible for following all the proper care and understand that the risk of any damage to the hair or scalp is much lower by keeping regular mainenence appointments and following proper home care.

    IBE REDO 

    Please note that the placement of IBE extensions is customized for each individual head shape and hair density. Jess will take notes on your placement at your install, but be aware that it may take a few installs to perfect the placement of your row(s).

    In the event that you have any issues with your extensions, do not hesitate to reach out to Jess via text, email, or social media DM. She will do her best to get you in ASAP to take a look at whats going on. DO NOT attempt to remove them yourself or fix them yourself.

    Please note that Jess chooses to work within her specialties and she has the right to deny service if she feels as though your request is out of her realm of expertise, or if she feels as though the communication if off during the consultation via email, phone, or in person. She will always give you some reccomendations of who will best fit you and be a better fit for your hair needs.
