You will be provided with information about the Orchard Lake Country Club Caddy Program. This meeting will last no more than 1 hour. YOU MUST SIGN UP IN ADVANCE, USING THIS FORM, TO ATTEND THE MEETING. THIS MEETING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RETURNING CADDIES. Please fill out the information requested below.
