Machaneh Sign Ups
  • Camp Signups

  • Dear Parents,

After 2 years of anticipation, we are finally returning to our beloved campsite!

Through the ideas of Torah V’Avodah and religious Zionism, Machaneh aims to create a space where madrichim and channichim are enriched, inspired and motivated to become active contributors of society. We are bringing together hundreds of people in an environment that is safe and fun. The beach, tiyulim, chuggim, Zionism, inspiring tochniot, powerful ruach sessions, Torah learning and non-stop action are all happening this year at Machaneh Aloh Na’aleh.

As Jews, our story is never one of victimhood, but rather one of hope and rising up out of the ashes to live empowered lives dictated by our values, heritage and history. Machaneh Aloh Na’aleh aims to embed the Jewish story of triumph and strength into every single channich and madrich. For when we fall, we fall to the dust but when we rise, we rise to the stars.

Machaneh Aloh Na’aleh is happening on the following dates:

    Ktan Tanim (Grade 3 and 4): 14th – 19th  December
    Gurim (Grade 5 and 6): 14th – 26th  December
    Roim, Moledet, Hashachar, Rephael, Sinai (Grade 7, 8, 9, 10, 11): 7th – 26th  December
Gurim and Ktan Tanim Maddies (Matrics): 9th – 26th December
    Madrichim: 30th November – 26th December
    A-Guard (Grade 11 optional) – 4th – 26th December

    Application Process:

If you want to stop filling out a form and continue later, please click the save button at the bottom of the page and a link to your form will be emailed to you.

Your camp application consists of multiple different forms, which makes up one single camp application. Please make sure that all forms are completed. At the top of every form there is a description of what is required for that certain form.

    Financial Assistance:
At Bnei Akiva we have a policy of never denying a camper the opportunity to attend our programmes. Throughout the year we campaign tirelessly to assist our chanichim who can simply not afford this opportunity. If you would like to apply for financial assistance, in the form of an extended payment plan or subsidy, please note the application deadline is the 2nd of October 2022. We will unfortunately not be able to process any late applications.

No applicant is seen without the knowledge of his/her Rosh (head of group). This systematic way of working necessitates the sharing of confidential information and in terms of which Bnei Akiva South Africa exercise complete discretion.
