We will keep the 40% deposit, and refunds are ONLY given if we haven't started within 4 weeks of payment. We allow a lot of time for edits, should you see something off/wrong. Once you get the artwork, this is YOUR chance to spot out ANYTHING you want to fix. If you spot a mistake during the WIP pics, SAY SOMETHING! We can fix it before we finish!
