OUR PRINT POLICY

📦 PRINT ORDERS

• All print orders are on a payment first basis.
• Payment Methods: GCash, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
• No COD: We do not accept cash on delivery.
• Confirmation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Order Timeline: As soon as payment is confirmed; allow us up to 2 working days for processing and courier pick up.
• Payment Cut-off: Payments made after 5 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Method: Shipped via J&T Express. Pick-up & meet-up also available.
• Pickup: You will book the courier via Lalamove, Grab, etc... and you will settle the payment with the courier upon delivery.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–3 days, depending on your location.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel via the J&T Express website.
• Important Note: We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the courier. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

📦 RUSH ORDER POLICY

• Rush Fee: ₱1,000 per transaction
• Lead Time: 1–3 business days (depending on product type and design approval)
• Availability: Subject to current production queue — please message us first to confirm.
• Revisions: Maximum of 2 revisions only for rush items
• Payment: 50% downpayment is required to process your order. Full balance must be settled before shipping.
• Note: Downpayment is non-refundable once work begins.

  ⚠️ Design approvals must be sent promptly to avoid delays in production.

📦 BULK ORDERS POLICY (Ideal for giveaways, events, and large celebrations!)

• Minimum for Bulk Rates: 24 pcs and up (depending on item)
• Lead Time: 5–14 business days depending on design and quantity
• Discounts: Automatically applied to qualified bulk orders
• Custom Options: Includes personalized designs, tags, labels, and packaging
• Add-Ons Available: Back card printing, plastic bag wrap, thank-you cards, and more (with extra fee)

  Payment Terms:

• 50% downpayment is required to begin production
• Balance must be fully paid before delivery or pickup
• Downpayments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products

   

  Bulk Order Shipping Notice (IMPORTANT)

  For bulk orders or multiple items: Shipping fees will be recalculated based on the total package weight following J&T Express weight-based rates. Additional shipping fees will be confirmed after packing and weighing the order. 

  💡 We recommend placing bulk orders 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred schedule.
