As an IT TAKES TWO, INC Tools for Success Scholarship recipient, you are eligible for the second half of your award; however, to receive the award you must satisfy the following:

1. maintained or exceeded a 2.5 GPA

2. provide a copy of your most recent transcript for college students and report cards for grades 4-12

3. provide a Letter of Recommendation 

The second disbursement will be in the same form of a check made payable to the college, school supplies, uniforms, sports and academic club registration fees, or a combination of these payout options, as applicable.

 
For fourth (4th) through 12th grade students, this information is due at the end of the second marking period once report cards have been distributed. For college students, this information is due at the end of the Fall semester. If this documentation is not provided within 3 weeks of receiving report cards/transcripts or if the student fails to maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA, the remaining monies are forfeited.
