Allowing a customer to cash checks more frequently demands a little stricter qualifications.
The qualifications for a Preferred Customer are...
- The customer must be an established Check-Cashing customer with a minimum of 10 checks on file, which were cashed within the Carlie C's Check-Cashing guidelines (i.e. Once Weekly)
- The customer's check-cashing activity must be a minimum of twice monthly.
- The customer's check-cashing history must be in "good standing", meaning they do not have any returned checks on file.
- The customer's profile must include all of the following identification information:
- Full Name,
- Current Address,
- Current Personal Phone Number,
- Current Work Phone Number,
- an Close-up, Clear Digital Photo (captured at enrollment),
- a Biometric Fingerprint (captured at enrollment),
- a copy of a valid Government Issued NC Driver's License (captured at enrollment, cannot be expired).
- The customer must be recommended by the Store Manager.
As indicated in qualification #3 above, any future returned checks would negate the customer from qualifying for the "Preferred Customer" list and they would be removed, limiting them back to only one check per week.
