  • I, being a Member of Little Traverse Bay Humane Society, hereby name, constitute and appoint Gayle Mroczkowski, President, or such other officer of Little Traverse Bay Humane Society as may be available in her absence, as proxy, with full power of substitution, to vote for me, and in my name, place and stead, at the annual meeting of Little Traverse Bay Humane Society scheduled for Wednesday, May 28 at 6:30 pm, at the LTBHS Community Center Building in Harbor Springs and at any adjournment thereof upon all matters that may properly come before the meeting, with full power of substitution in the premises, and specifically including casting a ballot for me as set forth below:
