    Our Fair day is Saturday, September 10, 2022.  

    We hope you will have that date open to attend with your crafts and wares.

  • Our spaces are 10’x10’ at a cost of $25. Please advise if you require a larger area.

  • INSURANCE

    Please leave blank & proceed to "Vendor Waiver" if not available

  • VENDORS WAIVER – If no insurance provided:  **MUST BE SIGNED**

    I agree to make no claim, for any reason whatsoever, against “Severn Bridge Agricultural Society” or any other person, persons or organizations affiliated with the fair, for loss, theft, damage, destruction or delivery of goods, display materials or their effects: nor any injury to myself or my representatives before, during or after the fair.

  • RULES & PAYMENT:

    You will receive your booth location when you arrive for setup.

    Only the names on the application will be the vendors in your booth. 

    You are responsible for furnishing your own display and providing canopy, tables chairs, etc. You are responsibel for your display.

    You will be setup by 9am.

    You agree not to leave until 4pm, unless otherwise directed by the Fair Board.

    There will be no moving vehicles on the Severn Bridge Fair Ground Property from 9am-4pm the day of the Fair.

    Make cheques payble to:
