Brief Outline of Department Duties:
Under the guidance of the head housekeeper, you will assist in carrying out the cleaning and general hygiene duties of the Hotel building(including washrooms), outbuildings including Arts & Crafts, Laundry, Movie Hut, Tennis Hut & washrooms and on Friday's assist with the cleaning of the rental cottages.
Under the guidance of the Chef, the expeditor ensures the smooth and efficient movement of food orders from the cooks to the Snack bar staff. Prepares and plates garnishes etc. and assists with dishwashing duties.
Works with Grocery staff to stock shelves carry customers’ bags to boat. Bundle cardboard, organize shelves, etc., and light dusting/sweeping.
Works with Gift Shop staff to stock shelves, fold clothing, organize shelves, and light dusting/sweeping. Apply price stickers etc.
Filing, balancing floats, answering the phone, booking courts, assisting with data inputs, etc.
Scooping ice cream, assisting with customer food orders, running orders to tables, cleaning the dining area, and preparing tables for the next guest.
