  • 2025 JCHSS Year End Award Eligibility Registration

    1. There are two categories for enrollment:
      1. Adult – one person 18 and older.  $25.00
      2. Youth - one person 17 and younger. $20.00
    2. Dues will cover enrollment for the year, as well as a show T-shirt.
    3. Renewal – Enrollment is based on the calendar year from January 1st through December 31st of the current year only. For  points to be counted for a certain show, this enrollment application must be presented by the end of that show day.
    4. To qualify for year-end awards, Riders must be enrolled in the year end award program and participate in at least 3 shows.
    5. In order to be eligible for year-end awards, you are expected to be in good standing.
    6. Year End Awards:
      1. Division Awards are placed – Grand, Reserve, third, fourth, fifth and sixth.
    7. If a horse is deemed not capable to complete the show season due to an injury or other health related complication and has official notification from a licensed veterinarian, a rider may switch their points to another mount. Also, if a horse is sold during the show season, its points can be transferred if the bill of sale and date is recorded with JCHSS in writing (only once per year). If a problem occurs with a leased horse, special considerations may also be given depending on the circumstances. Show management must be notified of these changes prior to showing. Points are based on a rider/horse system, unless otherwise specified (i.e. Future Entry, etc.)
    8. Individual back numbers for each horse/rider combo are not necessary; points are accumulated by the names of horse and rider combo as shown on the registration form and entered into the system.  Any discrepancy in the names may result in an incorrect tabulation of points.
    9. Enrollment in this program does not give the following person(s) voting rights. All decisions made by JCHSS and Freedom Reins Equestrian Events, LLC. and its representatives shall be final.
