Church Discipleship Questions

I am currently writing for a project in relation to leadership development within churches, but wanted to understand how our church develops maturity in discipleship as a basis for this.

I have attached a number of questions in regard to how we nurture disciples within our churches. My hope is that this will give an insight into how we develop leaders as local churches, and the necessary steps in order to faciliate this.
