  • Please use this form to request a refund of a team or candidate fee.  This will allow us to properly track and process your request and ensure your funds are returned to you as soon as possible.

    NOTE: If you have more than one refund to request you will need to submit this for each request due to accounting reasons. For example if you are a team member and also sponsored someone, you would sumbit 2 forms, one for the team fee refund and then one for the candidate fee refund.

  • Original Payment Information

    Please complete the following details about the original payment that was made. The more information you can provide the easier it will be for us to process this request. You can also choose to receive the full refund or donate a portion or all to our Scholarship fund. The scholarship fund assists both team and candidates on the weekends when finance assistance is required. Your donation will be tax deductible.
  • Please enter the persons name that the original payment was for. This could be yourself, or someone else if you paid on their behalf.

    This section should be used to finalize the refund/donation process. Once the refund has been sent you should update the following fields with details of the refund. If the funds were donated to scholarship then you just need to mark the status as "Refund/Donation Processed". A confirmation email will be sent to the requestor with this updated information.
