Alamo City Tres Dias Candidate Application

Welcome to the Alamo City Tres Dias Application Form.  Please fill out all fields as accurately as possible as this will ensure we process your application as quickly as possible.  

In order to secure a spot on the weekend we will require this application and a deposit of $40.00, which can be paid via PayPal (which takes Credit Cards as well) or a check can be sent via mail. You will be given the choice of how to pay later in the application. If paying by PayPal you will be directed there after the application is submitted. In addition to these two items from you, we also require your sponsor to complete a sponsorship package that must be submitted as well in order for your application to be approved.

If you have questions about the cost and payment for the weekend, please speak to your sponsor.  The total candidate fee for the weekend is $240.00.  There are also scholarships available in the case you need assistance to attend the weekend. You can request this also later in the form.

There is a minumum age requirement of 21.  If you are not 21 by the time the weekend starts then we ask that you wait until a future weekend to attend, or you can fill out the application and we will contact you to discuss the reasons you should be allowed to attend. This is a Tres Dias International policy and is adhered to by Alamo City Tres Dias.

TRES DIAS STATEMENT OF BELIEF

In order to understand Tres Dias, you must understand what we believe. These beliefs explain our allegiance to the Savior, our dedication to the work of His Kingdom, and our stance for the truth.

Adopted from the Constitution & By-Laws of Tres Dias International.

1. We believe and profess our faith in one Triune God - The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:19).
2. We believe and profess that Jesus Christ is the only Savior and is God in the flesh (John 1:1, 1:14, 3:36, 14: & Heb. 2:17).
3. We believe and profess that The Holy Spirit is God and is The Lord and Giver of life, who continues to work in believers today to sanctify, edify and empower the whole Christian church on earth - - - for His purpose (Job 33:4, Acts 1:8, John 14:26 & Rom. 8:11).
4. We believe and profess that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired and completely true Word of God (II Tim. 3:16-17).
5. We believe and profess that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; that forgiveness of sins is received through confession and repentance - - and that our sins are washed away through the blood of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38, I John 1:9 & Rom. 3:23).
6. We believe and profess that salvation is a gift of God's grace received through personal faith in Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:8).
7. We believe and profess that the Body of Christ is to make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of The Son of God (Eph. 4:3, 13).
8. We believe and profess that God's unconditional love, as made manifest to us through Jesus Christ, is the primary witness by which people are renewed, edified and changed (I Cor. 13:8). We believe and profess that God has called us to live holy lives that will bring glory to His name (Col. 3:1-25).

Note: For purposes of standards and principles, Tres Dias ascribes to those stated in the Authorized King James Version of the Bible of 1611 (KJV).

The purpose of a Tres Dias Weekend is to bring Christians to a closer, more personal walk with their Lord Jesus Christ and to encourage them to Christian leadership and Apostolic Action in their environment.

The novel coronavirus, Covid-19, as with the seasonal flu and other transmittable diseases, is considered highly contagious and is known to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.

By participating in the Tres Dias Weekend, its related activities, and other Tres Dias gatherings, I agree that I have reviewed and agree to abide by the procedures established by Alamo City Tres Dias to protect attendees and participants, and I voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to, or infected by Covid-19, or any other contagious disease, either on the weekend or any other related activity.

I understand that Alamo City Tres Dias does not own Twin Oaks Ranch where my Tres Dias Weekend will take place, and has limited control over the facility.

I further and expressly RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Alamo City Tres Dias and Twin Oaks Ranch, its officers and directors, and any volunteers or other parties participating on my weekend from any and all claims for personal injury, death, or loss or destruction of property.

By signing this application you are declaring that you wish to be a candidate on this Tres Dias Weekend and that you have read and understand the Tres Dias Statement of Belief and purpose of Tres Dias as outlined in this application.

By submitting this application, you are agreeing to being added to the Alamo City community information email lists. You can un-subscribe from these email lists at anytime.  Your information will never be shared outside of the Tres Dias organization.
