This form is to be used for submitting information about yourself or someone else to be nominated for a position on the Alamo City Tres Dias Board.

To be qualified to serve as a member of the Secretariat (hereafter known
as a Director), a person should:
- Have a lifestyle commensurate with Christian principles,
- Be a member of a local church and in regular attendance,
- Have a track record of support of the Tres Dias movement and
- Have worked on at least three (3) Tres Dias Weekend teams
