Inclement Weather Policy:

1. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted the club will remain close, the Event / Class would be cancelled.

2. Amber Rain, Red Rain, Black Rainstorm, Thunderstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted, any outdoor events / class would be cancelled or rescheduling of the event, it will be subject to the availability of the facilities.

3. Any event / class affected by the inclement weather of above, Email will be sent to the participants at least 3 hours before the Event / Class commences about the arrangement.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Events / Classes are on a First come first serve basis. Member has a priority over member’s guest.

2. Members must accompany their guests at any time during the event.

3. Any Helpers/ Nannies/ Drivers or personal attendants should remain at the designated waiting area in the Club.

4. A completed registration is required to fill in the enrolment form of the Events / Classes.

5. Club should contact the member for their guest emergency.

6. Confirmation email will be sent to participants at least 7 days in advance of the event commence.

7. After the confirmation email, no refund will be made unless the Members provide a written cancellation for the management’s approval before 24 hours.

8. The charge will be applied for late cancellation or no-show.

9. Doctor’s note must be provided if any injuries or illness that makes whom could not participate in the Events / Classes, a refund applies permitted by management, otherwise, no-show or late cancellation will be applied.

10. All payments will be made through Hong Kong Country Club Membership Account only after the confirmation email.

11. The Hong Kong Country Club reserve the right to change the rundown, venues, and time of the Event / Class without prior notice.

12. Events / Classes has a minimum and maximum requirement. If the minimum number of participants required is not met, the event will be either cancelled or rescheduled. The Events / Classes scheduled date is subject to the availability of facilities.

13. Photos or video clips taken during class, events or shows may be used for Club’s internal reference or promotion purpose.

 

Acknowledgement and Consent:

• You warrant and represent that you are in good physical condition, that you know of no medical or other reason why you are not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise, and that participation in said activity will not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort or physical condition. You further represent that you suffer from no physical impairment that would prevent participation or adversely affect your decision to participate in said activity.
• You agree not to participate whilst suffering from any infection, contagious illness, disease or other ailment including (without limitation) open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infection, where there is a risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of the other users.
• The Committee or Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for safety, health or security reasons, and you agree to hold the Club and staff free and harmless from any and all claims, damages or liability arising from such refusal.
• The use of all facilities is entirely at your own risk. Use of the specialist facilities may result in harm to you, especially if you are not familiar with the proper use of particular facilities. You should not use any of the facilities if you are not sure about the safe and proper use thereof.
• The Club shall not be responsible or be held liable for any loss of members’ and guest‘s valuables, money or other property on Club premises.
• You hereby release The Hong Kong Country Club, its officers, agents and contractors from any damage, injury or aggregated health problems that you may incur due to the use of said facility and its equipment.
