Inclement Weather Policy:
• Please return the completed form in person at the Health Centre or email it to recreation@countryclub.hk.
• The Grandchild Guest Pass fee will be charged to the Member's account.
• There is a general no-refund policy.
• The age limit for the playroom is 11 years old or below.
• The age limit for the swimming pool is 18 years old or below.
• Children under 12 years of age using the pools shall be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All Members and guests must agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined in the Playroom and Swimming Pool Bye-Law during their stay on the premises.
• There is no entry limit from Monday to Sunday.
• The Member must be present at the Club with their guest.
• The Club should contact the Member in case of an emergency involving their guest.
Acknowledgement and Consent:
• You warrant and represent that participant is in good physical condition, that you know of no medical or other reason why the participant is not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise, and that such exercise will not be detrimental to participant’s health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
• The Hong Kong Country Club shall not be responsible or be held liable for any loss of members’ and guest ‘s valuables, money or other property on Club premises, and hereby release the Club, its officers, agents and contractors from any damage, injury or aggregated health problem that may incur due to the use of said facility, participating the event/class and its equipment. The Committee or Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for safety, health or security reasons, and I agree to hold the Club and harmless from any and all claims, damages or liability arising from such refusal.
