Ontario-Montclair Released Time Christian Education

Released Time Christian Education (RTCE) is now a part of School Ministries CA and the National School Ministries Program with school ministries in 32 states.

Under California Education Code section 46014, elementary school students may be released from school with parent- guardian written consent to attend off-site religious instruction provided by an outside organization. Released Time Christian classes serve as the organization to do this. Ontario - RTCE has been providing classes continuously under District board policy with the Ontario-Montclair School District since 1944. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity of enrolling your child in a Bible class once a week off the school property; by Ontario-Montclair Released Time Christian Education. The RTCE Teacher and assistant will meet the students at the school

office and escort them to the mobile classroom parked close to the school office. Attendance will be taken and turned into the school office before and after going to the mobile classroom for this instruction.

School Ministries California/Ontario Released Time Christian Education is registered through the State of California as a non- profit 501c3 religious organization, supported by churches and interested individuals. There is no charge to you as a parent /guardian. Children are covered by insurance carried by Released Time Christian Education.
