Monarchy 2025 Events player application form

Monarchy Hockey Tournament Teams Offer Two Levels of Play. Players will be evaluated and selected to teams by our coaching staff according to the following criteria

ELITE DIVISION

The Elite Division is tailored for top-end players from diverse locations worldwide. This division is designed to offer a premier level of competition, allowing players to showcase their skills against the best of the best.

Age Groups: 8U Mites(2019,2018,2017), 10U Squirts(2016,2015), 12U Peewees(2014,2013), 14U Bantams(2012,2011), 16U Midgets(2010,2009), 18U Midgets/High School(2008,2007). At select events teams will be made by single birth years.

COMPETITIVE DIVISION

Competitive Division is tailored for travel club-level players who aspire towards proving themselves and achieving the Elite level of play. Teams will compete against great competition with experienced coaches to help them advance towards the next level.

Age Groups: 8U Mites(2019,2018,2017), 10U Squirts(2016,2015), 12U Peewees(2014,2013), 14U Bantams(2012,2011), 16U Midgets(2010,2009), 18U Midgets/High School(2008,2007).
