All vendors are required to have their booth occupied from 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday and Sunday. If you need to arrive late or leave early you need to notify us ahead of time. Initial booth setup will be Friday evening. You will recieve more detailed instructions about the setup procedure a week in advance.
