Register your child to join us for a safe week of fun, creativity, fellowship, and learning about Jesus!

We will gather Monday, June 23rd - Thursday, June 26th from 6:00-8:30pm.

VBS is for kids aged 4yrs through just completed 5th grade.

We will also celebrate the week on Sunday, June 29th @ 10am during our Sunday Service with songs, teachings, and memories from the VBS week we spent together!

The information you provide is used to for creating a safe and welcoming environment for the kids to have a great time learning about Jesus and equipping our leaders in preparation for engagement and in case of any emergency that might arise with your child in our care.

Liability Release Statement

I, the parent/guardian of the child named above, by registering my child through this form give permission for my child to participate in Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Zillah Nazarene Church. I understand that while reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, Zillah Nazarene Church, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during VBS activities.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the church staff or volunteers to simultaneously call me, the parent/guardian, and seek necessary medical treatment for my child and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo Release Statement

By registering my child for Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Zillah Nazarene Church, I grant permission for Zillah Nazarene Church to capture and use photographs and/or videos of my child for church-related purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and the church website. I understand that no identifying personal information (such as names) will be shared without additional consent.
