  • REGISTRATION:

    1. This online form is for Juan Divers International Coastal Cleanup 2025 pre-registration purposes only.

    2. Registration will close on September 13, 2025 to give ample time for the event shirt printing. Late registrants may still reach out to us directly via the Juan Divers Page but shirt sizes availability may be limited.

    3. A 50% Down payment is required.

    Option 1 Php3,600 (Overnight; with gear rental)
    - Accommodation and Food (Lunch to Lunch)
    - 2 shore-entry clean-up dives (includes gear rental, guide, tanks, weights)

    Option 3 Php2,500 (Daytrip; with gear rental)
    - Daytrip Fee - Food (Lunch and Dinner)
    - 2 shore-entry clean-up dives (includes gear rental, guide, tanks, weights)

    Option 4 Php2,200 (Daytrip)
    - Daytrip Fee - Food (Lunch and Dinner)

    RULES AND REGULATIONS:

    1. Participants must be a certified SCUBA diver.
    2. The registration fee is non-refundable but transferrable.

I give permission for any broadcast, print, or digital media pertaining to this event to freely use my name, my photographs, and/or my voice. In consideration hereof, I, for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive and release forever, any and all rights to claims or damages that I may have against the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all parties involved in this event. I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood this entry form and promise to abide all the guidelines, rules, and directives of the activity officials before, during, and after the activity.
