While losing 130 pounds, I discovered who I am and found a deep love for my life and for myself. It quickly became clear to me that I wanted to help other people do the same - how awesome to help others feel as great about themselves as I do! I have become an expert at helping people create health and well-being in their lives, getting the results they desire, simply by taking it one step at a time, and fitting it into their busy lives.
