  • Thank you for your interest in Electronic Merchant Services (EMS) as your merchant credit card provider. Below is the information you will need in order to apply for a new account.

    Setup is a two-part process.

    Step 1: Complete the online application and submit the required supporting documents.

    Step 2: Complete the e-signature documentation (docusign). This will be sent after you complete the prapplication and preunderwriting has reviewed all submitted information.

    Both the online application and supporting documents are required for us to generate this next step. Once your e-signature documentation is received back, underwriting often takes more than several days to review. Note that Underwriting may ask for additional information.
