If you are on a team but are not the "team captain" please make sure your captain fills this out for your entire team. If you do not have a team but would like to be put on a list of substitutes, please fill out the SUBSTITUTE REGISTRATION.
The Bubble Cup Tournaments are organized to raise money for the Junction Indoor Tennis Center. The tournament is a team of four format with 16 team slots available. Prizes will be given at the end of each flight to the winning team. Payment due on tournament day.
