THE SANDWHICH BAR our signature sourdough crust bread with sandwiches options like:Tomato, mozzarella and basilGrilled or fresh⁠sourdough Mediterranean sandwich(Hummus, cucumber, pickled sweet peppers, onions, spinach- panera sandwich)•⁠ ⁠Bombay Sandwich with green chutney •⁠ ⁠paneer sandwichty. . . THE BIRTHDAY SPECIAL sourdough birthday cake and cupcakes: yes, really. The slow ferment gives it a depth a boxed mix never could, and the tang keeps it from being that too-sweet party cake nobody finishes. Made to order — your flavor, your colors, your message on top. Cakes in 6", 8", or two-tier, or cupcakes by the dozen. Just give me 10 days and a 50% deposit to hold your date.
