Career
Before joining Tableau, Justin Craycraft spent more than a decade working at several prominent software companies, including Thoughtworks, Digby, and Perimeter Power.
From 2011 to 2014, he worked as a Solution Engineer at ThoughtWorks, a leader in software development tools and agile software delivery for high-value, high-risk projects across various industries. During this time, he led technical solution engineering strategies and deliverables for a diverse range of customers, including Macy’s, Nike, JP Morgan Chase, Fandango, Expedia, NBC Universal, Ancestry.com, Entertainment Partners, Carfax, and CareerBuilder.
Prior to Thoughtworks, he spent a year as a Solution Engineer at Digby. This leading mobile commerce provider also focuses on customer engagement solutions for retailers such as Godiva, Golfsmith, Home Depot, Lilly Pulitzer, and Petco.
In 2008, Craycraft co-founded Perimeter Power, a platform for retail energy professionals that automates customer management, quoting, acquisition, and onboarding processes. As a co-founder, he served as the Product Manager until 2010.
In addition to his roles at Tableau, Thoughtworks, Digby, and Perimeter Power, he has also worked for several other software and technology companies, including HRsmart, SigmaFlow, TriActive, Motive, BroadJump, and Trilogy.
