- This commission form is for SPLATOON-RELATED CHARACTERS ONLY.
Non-Splatoon characters will be AUTO-REJECTED.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

 

- To keep the process safe and fair, I only accept requests from verified accounts with active social media or clear profile information.

 

- Requests from an anonymous, accounts that are less than 6 months, suspicious, private, empty or unverified accounts will be AUTO declined.

PAYMENT

 

- Commissions are on a PAYMENT-FIRST, BEFORE COMMISSION basis.

 

- Payment method is PAYPAL ONLY.

 

- Regarding payment: USING OTHER PERSON'S ACCOUNT TO PAY (e.g., having a relative/friend pay for you, etc.) will be AUTO-REJECTED and also WILL BE AUTO-BLOCKED. I've experienced issues with this before and will not accept it again.

 

- Once I approve your commission request, I will send a PayPal invoice to your email.

- I will only begin the commission after full payment is received.

NO REFUND POLICY 

- There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once I begin working on your commission.

- By commissioning me, you agree to this no-refund policy.

- If a dispute or chargeback is filed despite this agreement, all rights to the artwork will be revoked, and you will lose permission to use or post the commissioned piece.

 

 

- Please be reminded that refunds or chargebacks are not accepted under any circumstances, as clearly stated above.
Make sure you are fully certain before confirming your order.

RIGHTS TO USE

 

- I RESERVE ALL RIGHTS to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms.

 

- You can post your commissioned piece anywhere. Just make sure to credit me

 

- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artwork may be used for profile pictures/banners, but not for commercial or profit purposes. 

 

- If you bought a commission, you’re free to make small edits as long as it follows my TOS.

 

- My art should never be used in a hateful or harmful way.

 

- I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI training, NFT creation, blockchain-related purposes, or any automated image generation.

- Commissions take time to finish. It takes around 2-7 days or weeks to finish.

I will do my best to finish it soon.

Please give deadlines at least 1 week in advance.

 - Finished commissions will be delivered through your Discord and Email.
