- This commission form is for SPLATOON-RELATED CHARACTERS ONLY.
Non-Splatoon characters will be AUTO-REJECTED.

 

- I will only accept clients who are 18 or older.

 - I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT any request if I’m not comfortable drawing it.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

 

- To keep the process safe and fair, I only accept requests from verified accounts with active social media or clear profile information.

 

- Requests from a suspicious, private, empty or unverified accounts will be AUTO declined.

PAYMENT

 

- Commissions are on a PAYMENT-FIRST, BEFORE COMMISSION basis.

 

- Payment method is PAYPAL ONLY.

 

- Regarding payment: USING OTHER PERSON'S ACCOUNT TO PAY (e.g., having a relative/friend pay for you, etc.) will be AUTO-REJECTED and also WILL BE AUTO-BLOCKED. I've experienced issues with this before and will not accept it again.

 

- Once I approve your commission request, I will send a PayPal invoice to your email.

- I will only begin the commission after full payment is received.

NO REFUND POLICY 

- There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once I begin working on your commission.

- By commissioning me, you agree to this no-refund policy.

- If a dispute or chargeback is filed despite this agreement, all rights to the artwork will be revoked, and you will lose permission to use or post the commissioned piece.

 

 

- Please be reminded that refunds or chargebacks are not accepted under any circumstances, as clearly stated above.
Make sure you are fully certain before confirming your order.

RIGHTS TO USE

 

- I RESERVE ALL RIGHTS to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms.

 

- You can post your commissioned piece anywhere. Just make sure to credit me

 

- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artwork may be used for profile pictures/banners, but not for commercial or profit purposes.

 

- If you bought a commission, you’re free to make small edits as long as it follows my TOS and my watermark stays visible.

 

- My art should never be used in a hateful or harmful way.

 

- I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI training, NFT creation, blockchain-related purposes, or any automated image generation.

- Commissions take time to finish. It takes around 2-7 days to finish. Please give deadlines at least 1 week in advance.
I don’t accept rush requests.

 

 - Finished commissions will be delivered through your Discord and Email.

If you haven’t paid the invoice and choose to back out, put the order on hold, or ignore it for 2 days, your commission will be automatically canceled, and you will be blocked from commissioning me again.

Please include your Bluesky/X/Instagram username so I can track those who fill out the form and check if your social media accounts are active.

Suspicious accounts and Private accounts will be automatically rejected.

Please leave your Discord/Gmail so that I can contact you for the approval and checking of the rough sketch(Ex. Name (Discord)).

Discord is recommended.

To send the Final product once it's approved.

Please put your Paypal Address (ex. sample@gmail.com) so that I can send it through PayPal Invoice.

This is where I could tag and make a watermark on your name if I decided to post the finished commission. (Ex.: Jyojiriiin(Twitter X))

Please put "Anonymous" if you don't like to get tagged and make a watermark on your name.

If you don't want to post the finished commission for Private reason (this applies to surprise birthday or any occasion only), please put "Private". I will be posting it on my page after 3 days.
