In Person Consultation:

After receiving your digital consultation form, I'll review and contact you back within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. An in person consultation is required before booking an extension appointment. At the in person consultation, I will discuss which method is best suited for your hair and goals, color match your existing color or recommend changes to be made before installing extensions and set an appointment for installation if you choose to book. A $25 consultation fee must be prepaid.

Deposit/Payment:

A deposit is required at the time of booking your extension install appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and holds your space. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check or credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to me, I will block out time especially for your extension experience. Because of the time involved with extensions, I require 72 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your extension appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, a $75 fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
