This event will run across two venues. By signing, I acknowledge that activities may occur at either location and that this waiver applies to both sites.

Participation at Own Risk: I understand that cricket is a physically demanding sport that involves inherent risks such as injuries, falls, collisions, or accidents. I voluntarily accept these risks and take part in the tournament at my own responsibility.

Health & Fitness Confirmation: I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of playing cricket. If I have any health concerns, I will consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

Waiver of Liability: I release and hold harmless the Kerala Association of Greater Washington (KAGW), its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, referees, and venue staff from any liability, claims, injuries, or damages that may arise from my participation—even if caused by negligence.

Tournament Rules & Conduct: I agree to respect and follow all tournament rules, referee decisions, and fair play principles. I understand that misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of rules may lead to disqualification.

Medical Consent: In case of injury, I consent to receive necessary emergency medical treatment. I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Media & Photography Consent: I grant KAGW permission to capture and use photos/videos of me during the tournament for promotional, archival, and social media purposes, without expecting compensation.
