  • IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO:

    Booking Forms: this is a custom form, flash form is here. 

    Availability: 10:00AM to 6:00PM

    • Wednesday to Saturdays
    • Limited Sundays & Mondays 

    Hourly Rate & Shop Minimum: $200+gst 

    • Payment: all types accepted (visa, master, debit); online and in person; cash tips are appreciated

    Brief Design Process & Preparations: 

    • Design Instructions: will be sent to you via the confirmation email. 
    • Final Design: shown at the beginning of appointment together with ample time for one necessary revision! 
      • Preview Drafts: only available if requested a minimum of two weeks from appointment date

    Non-Refundable Deposits: all appointment(s) require a security deposit that is paid via online or in person; deposit is deducted from the total tattoo session 

    • Separate Drawing Fees: a non-refundable fee is applied to all customs or drawing revisions; price depends on sizing
    • Reschedule Policy: limited up to two reschedules if 72 hours of notice is given; third and subsequent will require a new non-refundable deposit
    • Late Appointments: if you are running late, please give us a heads up via email to deter forfeiting your deposit; grace period of 20 minutes

    • Accessibility: a wide staircase of ~15 steps and no elevator
    • 18+: no exceptions (I.D required at door)
    • Parking: on street and parkades available within walking distance
    • Masks: required upon entry

    Confident and clear ideas are optimal for maximum results. Any questions and concerns are welcome if you need help c:

    • exact or approximate dimensions: design in inches or cm (e.g 5" x 8", 10cm x 20cm) 
    • lettering and language: write exactly as desired, clients are responsible for their own proofreading
    • supporting references: optimal to provide at least two high quality references from search engines
      • real life photography preferred 
      • photos from portfolio are great too 
    • colours: list all exact colours desired in the case they may not be available; projects will be denied without

    Approved Inquiries: 

    You will receive a jotform notification and an invoice with your proposed appointment date, project details, and deposit instructions. Once paid, your spot is secured. 

    A confirmation email from [kalustudio] will follow- check your spam folder. It entails final project instructions and preparation steps. 

    Denied Inquires: 

    If we’re unable to proceed, you’ll be notified via Jotform. If you haven’t heard back after 10 business days, we may have accidentally missed it— feel free to submit a new form! We appreciate your patience!
