KA LU - TOUCH UP BOOKING FORM

SUGGESTED HEALING PERIOD: 

• Fine-Line Work: 4 to 8 weeks 

• Blackwork, Traditional: 4 to 6 weeks 

• Colour: 3 to 4 months 

POLICIES: 

Complimentary Touch Up Policy 

• a necessary touch up session of up to 30 minutes can be claimed from finished appointment date 
  • fine line work: within 8 months
  • other work: up to 1 year 

Anything additional that was not previously discussed is either a new appointment or an additional cost. 

• No Show/Late Policy: After the grace period of 20 minutes, a set-up fee of $60+ tax is required to reschedule a new touch up appointment. 

Lifetime Touch Ups: Need another touch up after a couple of years? Happy to provide a lifetime service for all tattoos done by @__kamanlu. Minimum appointment time is 30 minutes.  

• Small Touch Up: 30 Minutes - $60 +gst  
• Comprehensive Touch Up: 60 Minutes: $120 +gst
