- Your name is listed but you want Credit instead of a Refund
- You have an overdue commission from 2017 or earlier not listed

or

- Your commission has not been STARTED on in [1 month]
- Your commission has not been COMPLETED in more than [2 months]

- Refund order: Priority Commissions ★ -> Older Commissions -> Newer Commissions
- Priority ★ is for those who submitted any refund form during August - November

- Any amount paid so far can be used to purchase any future commissions.
(Sketches, YCHS, Adopts, Comics, Custom Designs)
- Gives you first priority / first call over newer commissioners.
- Important: Won't be taken into account until January 2019!
- Important: cannot be used for any emergency commissions
