PICKUP:

DELIVERY:
Delivery throughout Connecticut
FREE Delivery in Cheshire, CT

Delivery is available to the party location, your home, or venue (in state (CT) only).
If delivery is preferred, delivery to the event location is strongly encouraged.

Mileage Rate 67 cents per mile (government rate) rounded to nearest $5
Rush hour and city driving may have additional fees.
No additional hourly rate, delivery fee based on miles as noted above.

SHIPPING:
Rates will be based on type of shipping preferred, destination, weight of the item(s) being shipped and type of item(s) being shipped.

NOTES:
I am not be responsible for any damage done once the custom products leave my possession. Delivery/Pickup is strongly encouraged for local orders if possible.

Estimates for your custom order are provided to you at no charge.
Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to purchase.

ESTIMATES
Upon receiving your inquiry form information, an estimate for your custom order will be emailed to you for review (pending any clarifications needed).

Please allow a couple of days for an estimate to be emailed back to you. During busy times including holidays, it might take me a bit longer, but I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. If there will be a delay in getting you the estimate, I will do my best to give you an update in a timely manner.

If you would like to proceed with your order the email with your estimate will include a button for electronic payment options.

Orders are not booked until retainer/full payment has been received (and cleared) to reserve the date for your custom order. Full payment is required to fullfill your order.

If you have any changes to your estimate, I would be happy to adjust as needed and send you an updated estimate for you to review. Certain options can be removed or changed to bring down the cost if needed.
