Delivery is available to the event location, your home, or venue (in state (CT) only).
If delivery is preferred, delivery to the event location is strongly encouraged.
If your event is in Cheshire, delivery to the event location is strongly encouraged (at least for cakes) so you don't have to worry about transporting.

Mileage Rate 70 cents per mile (government rate) rounded to nearest $5
Rush hour and city driving may have additional fees.
No additional hourly rate, delivery fee based on miles as noted above.

I am not be responsible for any damage done once the custom products leave my possession. Care guides are available when an order is placed so your custom creation of a cake and/or treat can be cut (for cakes), cared for and stored properly (including transportation guide if you are doing a pickup for your order). Delivery is strongly encouraged for larger orders of a cake and treats and/or tiered/larger cakes.

INQUIRIES
Estimates for your custom order are provided to you at no charge.
Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to purchase.

ESTIMATES
Upon receiving your inquiry form information, an estimate for your custom order will be emailed to you for review (pending any clarifications needed).

Please allow a couple of days for an estimate to be emailed back to you. During busy times including holidays, it might take me a bit longer, but I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. If there will be a delay in getting you the estimate, I will do my best to give you an update in a timely manner.

If you would like to proceed with your order the email with your estimate will include a button for electronic payment options.

Orders are not booked until retainer/full payment has been received (and cleared) to reserve the date for your custom order. Full payment is required to fullfill your order.

If you have any changes to your estimate, I would be happy to adjust as needed and send you an updated estimate for you to review. Certain options can be removed or changed to bring down the cost if needed.
