Legislative Process and Proposal Submission

As we approach the start of the 62nd Grand Council Convention, the Legislative Committee will begin accepting proposals to revise the Constitution and By‑Laws. Any Member of the Fraternity may submit a proposal. Submissions will be accepted until Sunday, July 5th.

The Legislative Committee will review each proposal. A complete list of proposals—along with the Committee’s recommendations for adoption—will be made available prior to the start of the Convention.
